The 921 Khaolam, is a brand established by Gorngris Kositsakul, a 16 years old high-school student, who, driven by a desire to share his favourite Thai dessert to a global audience, invented a recipe that overcame the logistical and perishability challenges that previously hindered exports of this delicious product.  

Through deep collaboration with the Food Science team at Science Faculty, Chulalongkorn University, innovative solutions were developed to transform the Khao Lam dessert into an instant snack, enabling our dreams of worldwide exportation to be realized.  

921 Khaolam, The Instant Bamboo Sticky Rice, is locally sourced and manufactured in a certified Thai factory. Our commitment to innovation and exceptional quality led us to secure The Petty Patent of Food Science from The Department of Intellectual Property, Thailand (DEP) and The 921 Khaolam, The Instant Bamboo Sticky Rice is certified by the Food and Drug Administration, Thailand.
